Your stay at Rimrock Ranch Cabins includes the use and enjoyment of our 35-acre grounds and Giant Observation Deck, summer plunge pool, hiking trails, rock-lined campfire pit stocked with firewood, and deep pit barbecue (don’t forget the charcoal). A 50% deposit (or 1 night’s rate, whichever is greater) charged to your V/MC/AmX will confirm your reservation. At check-in your balance is payable by check or cash, please. By giving us your credit card number you agree to the terms of our cancellation policy: Any cancellations made within the cancellation period are subject to a $25 rebooking fee. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance are subject to a fee of your deposit. Group/Special Event cancellations less than 30 days in advance may be subject to a fee of your deposit (no less than $200 and up to half the amount of your entire reservation total.) 3-Holiday cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are subject to a fee of your deposit. Cancellations made the scheduled day of your arrival are charged the full amount of your reservation.

• We gladly extend a 10% discount for stays of one week or longer.
• Minimum stay: Sunday - Thursday: 1 night.
• Friday - Saturday: 2 nights.
• Major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Memorial Day): 3 nights
• Check-In: 3-5PM. Late check-ins available by prior arrangement

• Group bookings require an addt’l refundable $50 deposit/cabin

• Our 20% discounted summer rates begin the week after Independence Day and are good through the first weekend after Labor Day.
